About us

Heart of Life (HOL) provides community-based services to support families through life’s many difficult transitions. Our primary focus areas include College & Career Coaching, and Professional Development. Other priorities include finance/money management and family support services. Our ultimate goal is to offer support for strengthening the connection between home-school neighborhoods.

HOL serves as an organization that steps in to ensure the betterment of our families. We are designed to assist families in making decisions to secure stability, re-establish trust, and strengthen connections between family-education-community.
