Who we are
Our approach to coaching
We are a non-profit organization tailored to serve youth and young adults between the ages of 13 - 24-years-old. Our mission is to provide community-based services supporting young people to achieve career success. HOL’s focus programs include Self Efficacy: Building L.E.A.D.E.R.S (Learning Emotional Accountability Determines Economical Resources and Sustainability) and My Journey to Becoming Me (MJBM), a college and career development and support program for Middle School - College Students. We offer serval services ranging from life skills to academic support. Our ultimate goal is to develop youth and young adults into working professionals by providing services that strengthen professional soft skills and self-efficacy.
